ProstaFlow Official Website: Capsule Facts, Reviews and Refund Terms

ProstaFlow is a dietary supplement capsule for prostate wellness, with every milligram printed on the label.

Use case: for adults who want a fully listed formula: one capsule daily with 8 oz of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.

How it works: L-arginine, arginine AKG and two forms of L-citrulline feed the nitric oxide pathway, while beta alanine, niacin and calcium make up the other three rows.

Below: the seven rows and what each one is, the amount beside the amount its own trials ran at, the two claims the seller makes and the none the bottle makes, the three pack prices, what the seller’s review summary actually says, and where the 60-day clock starts.

The real problem

Why do men start looking at a supplement like ProstaFlow?

Men usually start looking after a change in bathroom habits, often past fifty, such as a slower trip or a second one at night. Get it looked at once first. ProstaFlow is a daily habit that sits alongside that, not a replacement.

The trigger is rarely dramatic. It is a bathroom trip that takes longer than it used to, a second one in the night where there was none a year ago, and the slow realisation that something has shifted.

There is a clinical name for the set of them, lower urinary tract symptoms, and in men past fifty the usual driver is an enlarging prostate. MedlinePlus covers the ground in plain English and the StatPearls chapter covers it in clinical detail. Neither is frightening reading, and both make the same point: this is a normal part of getting older that is worth understanding rather than worrying about.

One step repays the effort more than anything else on this page, and it is being looked at once. The 2026 revision of the American Urological Association guideline describes an initial evaluation that is shorter and less invasive than most men expect, while the US Preventive Services Task Force covers the separate question of PSA screening and who it is for. Knowing which of several possible causes you are dealing with changes what is worth doing next.

There is also a good deal you can do yourself. A randomised trial of structured self-management found that simple changes to fluid timing, caffeine and evening drinking held up over twelve months against standard care, and the companion review sets out what those changes actually are. None of that costs anything.

Where a product like ProstaFlow fits is alongside all of it: a man who has had his symptoms looked at, who is doing the sensible things, and who wants a daily habit that supports general prostate comfort while he gets on with his life. That is a reasonable thing to want, and it is what the seller’s two lines describe.

Direct answer

What is ProstaFlow, and who makes it?

ProstaFlow is a one-capsule-a-day dietary supplement sold for prostate comfort, 30 to a bottle. The label names North Scale of Ogden, Utah as distributor. This website is the U.S. stocking partner, not the maker.

A ProstaFlow bottle, 30 capsules, front label

ProstaFlow is a one-capsule-a-day product sold in a 30-capsule bottle, which makes a bottle exactly a month. The label is distributed by North Scale of Ogden, Utah, and manufactured in the United States with globally sourced ingredients. This website is the U.S. stocking partner for it rather than the maker.

The panel carries 7 rows: two nutrients and five amino acid ingredients. L-arginine and arginine AKG sit at 200 mg each, the two citrulline rows at 100 mg each, and beta alanine at 40 mg, with niacin and calcium making up the rest.

The best thing about this label is what it refuses to hide. There is no proprietary blend on it. Every row has its own line and its own milligram figure, the caution and the storage line are printed in full, and the distributor is named with a street address. A great many bottles in this category manage none of those four.

That openness is also what makes the honest dosage section below possible. When a label tells you exactly how much of something is in it, you can go and read what the trials on that ingredient used. Five of these seven rows sit a long way below theirs, and the page says so in one place rather than fifteen.

Why the official site

Why buy ProstaFlow from the official website?

The 60-day guarantee is a term of the sale, counted from the day the parcel leaves, and it comes with orders placed through this desk. A marketplace listing gives you that listing's own terms instead, so check before you buy.

The window comes with the transaction

Those 60 days are a term of the sale this desk and the seller behind it make, counted from the day the parcel leaves. Buy the same bottle through a marketplace listing and you get that listing’s terms instead, whatever they happen to be.

Free shipping above two bottles

Three and six-bottle packs ship free inside the United States. The two-bottle pack carries $9.99, which is worth folding into the per-bottle figure before comparing the three packs against each other.

The ladder starts at two, and the site says so

There is no single bottle on this product. The smallest purchase is two at $158, which happens to be almost exactly the length of the refund window, so the smallest pack and the guarantee line up.

The run this stock came from is known

Bottles leaving this desk carry lot PRO-26/PR-5240 and certificate reference PRO-5240-26-PR. Neither is a test result and the batch page gives a section to saying so. What they do is tie a bottle to one production run.

One payment, and then nothing

A pack is bought once on the seller’s checkout and that is the end of it. No card is kept on file for a repeat shipment, so there is no diary entry to make and no subscription to unpick in four months.

The whole panel is on this website

The supplement facts page carries all 7 rows and the other-ingredients line, which means the bottle that turns up can be read against this site line by line instead of either being taken on trust. NCCIH’s guidance on using supplements wisely is a good companion to that habit.

The mechanism

How does ProstaFlow work? The pathway behind five rows

Five of the seven rows are amino acid ingredients: L-arginine, arginine AKG, two citrulline salts and beta alanine. Arginine and citrulline feed nitric oxide, a pathway that exists in the lower urinary tract. Niacin and calcium are small nutrient rows.

Two separate ideas sit on this panel and they are worth separating, because the research behind them is about different things.

The nitric oxide pathway: arginine, arginine AKG and the two citrullines

Five of the seven rows feed one chemical route. L-arginine is the substrate the body converts into nitric oxide, which relaxes the smooth muscle in blood vessel walls. L-citrulline takes a longer road to the same place: the kidney converts it back into arginine, and a trial that measured both found citrulline raises plasma arginine more efficiently than swallowing arginine does, because more of the arginine dose is broken down in the gut before it ever arrives. A crossover trial of the two together is why formulas in this family usually carry both.

The carnosine pathway: beta alanine

Beta alanine does something else entirely. It is the rate-limiting half of carnosine, a buffer that muscle uses to soak up the acidity of hard effort, and the dose-response model built from the trials describes how muscle carnosine climbs as the daily amount and the number of weeks go up. It is the single most studied supplement ingredient in exercise science and it has nothing to do with the urinary tract.

The two nutrients: niacin and calcium

Niacin at 7.5 mg NE is a nutrient amount, just under half a day’s reference intake, and comfortably below the tolerable upper level the dose-response meta-analysis set. Calcium at 18 mg is 1.5 per cent of a day and is doing a job in the capsule rather than in the person swallowing it.

The seller's how-it-works graphic for ProstaFlow
The seller’s own accountDrawn for somebody choosing a product rather than for somebody reading a panel. The two routes described above were written here from the trials on each ingredient.
What neither pathway is

Neither is a mechanism for shrinking anything, treating an obstruction, or changing a PSA reading. A supplement in this category supports general comfort; where symptoms have a structural cause, that is a clinical problem with clinical answers, and part two of the 2026 AUA guideline is where those answers live.

The formula

ProstaFlow ingredients: what are the seven rows on the label?

The seven rows are niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta alanine 40 mg. No saw palmetto or other prostate botanical appears.

7 rows, each with its milligram figure printed. Below, what each one is, and what the published research on that ingredient used and found.

L-Arginine

base, free-form200 mg

A semi-essential amino acid and the direct substrate for nitric oxide. Most of the randomised human work on oral arginine sits in two places, and both used grams rather than milligrams: a dose-response meta-analysis on blood pressure, updated in 2026 by a reassessment using ambulatory monitoring, and a meta-analysis on erectile function that pooled trials dosing 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day. A 2024 network meta-analysis ranked the same family of ingredients against each other. A separate review that bought marketed products and measured what was in them is worth reading by anyone who buys in this category at all.

L-Arginine AKG

2:1 extract, arginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate200 mg

Arginine paired with alpha-ketoglutarate, a Krebs cycle intermediate. The 2:1 ratio is printed on the row itself and it matters for reading the number: two parts arginine to one part AKG means this row carries roughly 133 mg of arginine rather than 200 mg. The pharmacokinetic and safety study gave trained men up to 12,000 mg a day and reported it well tolerated; a week at that same 12 g measured blood flow and nitric oxide metabolites after resistance exercise, and a single 3,000 mg dose moved nothing measurable at all.

L-Citrulline HCl

citrulline hydrochloride100 mg

Citrulline is the more efficient way into the arginine pool, because the kidney converts it and the gut does not strip it first. The Citrudose pharmacokinetic study mapped what happens to plasma amino acids across a range of single doses. On outcomes, Cormio's month-long trial used 1,500 mg a day, and a later crossover trial used 800 mg alongside 300 mg of trans-resveratrol. A meta-analysis on blood pressure covers the cardiovascular side. Note the salt: the hydrochloride counter-ion takes a share of the 100 mg, so the citrulline delivered is less than the figure on the row.

L-Citrulline Malate

citrulline bound to malic acid100 mg

The same amino acid in the form the exercise literature uses, where the standard dose is about 8,000 mg. The strength meta-analysis pooled the resistance-training trials at that dose and found no overall effect; the endurance meta-analysis looked at the other side of the same question. A 2025 crossover trial compared plain citrulline against citrulline malate head to head, which is the fairest test of whether the malate half earns its place. This is also a salt weight, for the same reason as the row above.

Beta Alanine

free-form40 mg

The rate-limiting precursor of muscle carnosine and one of the best-mapped ingredients in sports nutrition. The International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand puts the effective protocol at 4,000 to 6,000 mg a day for at least two to four weeks, a comparison of two dosing schedules tested how that total is best spread across a day, and a systematic risk assessment found the only consistent effect at those amounts is paraesthesia, the harmless skin tingling, which is dose-dependent and short-lived.

Niacin

vitamin B3, as niacinamide equivalents7.5 mg NE (47% DV)

An essential B vitamin and a required cofactor in energy metabolism. The row is a nutrient amount rather than a pharmacological one, which is the sensible choice: high-dose niacin has real effects and real limits, and the meta-analysis that set the tolerable upper intake level puts the ceiling at 35 mg a day in the United States and 10 mg in Europe. This row sits under both, so nothing about it needs a warning.

Calcium

as calcium carbonate18 mg (1.5% DV)

Calcium carbonate at this amount is a formulation ingredient. Eighteen milligrams is a fiftieth of a day’s intake and nobody will meet their calcium needs from it. For context on the wider question of supplemental calcium, a meta-analysis of the randomised trials and a 2023 systematic review between them cover what is known about calcium supplements and cardiovascular risk at the doses that are actually debated, which are two orders of magnitude above this one.

The seller's own ingredient artworkSupplied with the product pack. The printed Supplement Facts panel is the list that governs, and it is reproduced row by row in the next section.
The other-ingredients line, and what it settles

Beneath the panel the label prints hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide. The first one is the useful one: a hypromellose shell is plant-derived, so these capsules suit a vegetarian diet, which the gelatin shells common in this category do not. The other two are a flow agent and an anti-caking agent, both in the milligram range.

The panel

ProstaFlow supplement facts: what does the label print?

The label gives a serving size of one capsule and 30 servings per container, then seven rows, each with a milligram amount. The other ingredients are hypromellose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. No proprietary blend hides any figure.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.

Two rows that need reading twice

The arginine AKG row says 2:1, which is two parts arginine to one part alpha-ketoglutarate, so it carries about 133 mg of arginine. And both citrulline rows are salts: the hydrochloride and the malate each take a share of their 100 mg, so the citrulline actually delivered is under the 200 mg the two rows add up to. Neither point is hidden on the label. Both are simply easy to miss.

What the bottle settles

What does the ProstaFlow bottle settle where other paperwork differs?

Where a trade document and the printed label disagree, this site follows the label. That covers the ingredient list, the dose, the returns address in Ogden, the shipping on the two-bottle pack and the guarantee clock, which starts at shipping.

Five details arrive twice on a product like this, once on the wholesale sheet a stocking partner is given and once on the printed label, and on this product the two do not always match. The bottle wins every time, and the one that matters commercially is the third.

Post returns to Ogden, not to New York

If you are sending bottles back, the address is PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, USA. New York is the office. A parcel posted to an office that does not handle returns is a parcel nobody signs for, and the refund policy page walks through the whole sequence before you post anything.

Honest dosage analysis

How is ProstaFlow dosed compared with the research?

The dose is one capsule a day. Every amino acid row is between a tenth and a hundredth of the dose its trials used, such as arginine at 200 mg against pooled trials of 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day, and the trials were not about prostates.

Two sections on this page carry the criticism and this is the first of them. Everything above describes what is in the capsule. What follows sets each of those amounts beside the amount its own published trials ran at.

None of it would be possible on a label with a proprietary blend. Every figure here is printed, so every comparison here can be checked.

Panel row
On the ProstaFlow label
In the published trials
Niacin
7.5 mg NE (47% DV)
A nutrient amount, and a reasonable one. The US tolerable upper intake level is 35 mg a day and the European one is 10 mg. This row sits under both.
Calcium (as calcium carbonate)
18 mg (1.5% DV)
Under a fiftieth of a day's calcium. It is doing a job in the capsule rather than in the person taking it.
L-Arginine (base)
200 mg
The meta-analysis that found arginine improved mild to moderate erectile function pooled trials dosing 1,500-5,000 mg a day.
L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract
200 mg
The AAKG trials used 12,000 mg a day, given as 4 g three times daily. A single 3,000 mg dose changed nothing measurable.
L-Citrulline HCl
100 mg
Cormio gave 1,500 mg a day for a month. The lowest daily dose that moved an erectile-function score in any trial cited here is 800 mg, and that was alongside 300 mg of trans-resveratrol and an on-demand PDE5 inhibitor.
L-Citrulline Malate
100 mg
Exercise trials use about 8,000 mg, and even at that dose the strength meta-analysis found no overall effect.
Beta Alanine
40 mg
The ISSN position stand is 4,000-6,000 mg a day for at least two to four weeks. This row is under a hundredth of the low end of that.

Three things fall out of that table, and they do not all point the same way.

The two nutrient rows are fine. Niacin at 7.5 mg NE is a sensible nutrient amount well under both upper intake levels, and calcium at 18 mg is a formulation ingredient nobody could object to. Neither row is pretending to be anything else.

The five amino acid rows are a long way under their own research. Arginine at 200 mg against pooled trials that dosed 1,500 to 5,000 mg. Arginine AKG at 200 mg, carrying about 133 mg of arginine, against AAKG trials that used 12,000 mg a day and one acute trial at 3,000 mg that moved nothing. Two citrulline salts totalling 200 mg of salt weight against Cormio’s 1,500 mg and an 8,000 mg exercise standard. And beta alanine at 40 mg against a position stand that starts at 4,000 mg, which puts this row under a hundredth of the low end.

And the research is not about prostates. This is the honest heart of it. The human trials behind arginine, citrulline and beta alanine are trials in blood pressure, erectile function and exercise performance. None of them measured a prostate outcome, so none of them can be transferred to this bottle whatever the dose had been. The ingredients the prostate literature actually argues about are saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, pygeum, pumpkin seed, zinc and lycopene, and the 2023 Cochrane review of saw palmetto together with NCCIH’s page on the same ingredient will show you what that debate looks like. None of those six is on this panel.

What to carry away from this section

The label is transparent and the amounts are small. Both halves of that sentence are true, and a reader who takes only one of them away has the wrong picture. Anyone buying this bottle should buy it knowing that its seven rows are amino acids and nutrients at nutritional-supplement amounts, not trial-strength doses of prostate botanicals.

Real-world benefits

What does ProstaFlow claim to do?

The bottle makes no claim. The seller's page makes two: prostate comfort, and wellness related to prostate health. Both are general structure and function wording that promise no change in any measurable symptom.

The bottle itself makes no efficacy claim at all. It prints the panel, the suggested use, a storage line, a caution and the FDA statement, and stops there. Everything a buyer is told comes from the seller’s page, and that page says two things.

Prostate comfort

The first of the two, and a structure and function statement rather than a medical one. It is the kind of claim a dietary supplement may make in the United States, and it is deliberately general. It does not promise a change in any measurable symptom, and neither does this desk.

Wellness related to concerns often linked to prostate health

The second, and broader again. Read plainly it says the product is sold to men thinking about this area of their health. That is a description of an audience more than of an effect, and it is the most this label supports.

Why the ceiling is this low

Because no trial of this finished capsule exists. There is published research on several of the individual ingredients, at their own doses, for their own outcomes, and that research belongs to those ingredients rather than to this bottle. The dosage section sets both columns side by side.

What this desk will not add

Nothing on this website offers a change in urine flow, night waking, frequency, urgency, prostate size or a PSA reading as a benefit of taking these capsules, because nothing supports it. Where you see those subjects raised here, they are being pointed at a clinician instead.

What ProstaFlow does not do

It does not treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, shrink anything, or replace a prescription. It is not a cancer preventive. And it is not a substitute for the initial work-up the AUA guideline describes, which is the one step in this whole subject that changes what happens next.

What the seals mean

What do the marks on the ProstaFlow pack mean?

Four marks ship on the pack: GMP, FDA-registered facility, Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. They describe the factory, the sourcing and the sale. None tells you whether the amounts do anything.

Good Manufacturing Practice seal GMPGood Manufacturing Practice governs how a facility documents and controls its process. It is a standard for the factory rather than a test of this bottle.
FDA-registered facility roundel FDA-registered facilityRegistration means the agency knows the factory exists and can inspect it. It is not FDA approval, and no dietary supplement has that.
Foreign and domestic ingredients seal Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredientsThe fuller version of a made-in-the-USA claim, and the honest one. The capsules are assembled in the United States from materials bought worldwide.
Money-back satisfaction seal 60-day satisfaction guaranteeA purchase policy set by the seller, counted from the shipping date. It is a statement about the transaction and not about the formula.

Four marks ship on this pack and none of them is contradicted by the label beside it, which is worth saying because that is not always the case in this category. What none of the four does is tell you anything about whether the amounts in the capsule do anything. Testing and quality is the page whose job is auditing them one by one.

Who it suits

Who is ProstaFlow for, and who should avoid it?

ProstaFlow suits adults over 40 who have had symptoms checked and want a simple, fully disclosed daily capsule. Avoid it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, or on a nitrate or PDE5 inhibitor you have not raised with your prescriber.

  • Men over 40 who have had their symptoms looked at once and want a simple daily habit alongside the sensible things.
  • Anyone who wants to know exactly what they are swallowing, because this label prints a milligram figure for all seven of its rows and hides nothing behind a blend.
  • People following a vegetarian diet, since the shell is hypromellose rather than gelatin.
  • Anyone who would rather take one capsule a day than two or three, which is a smaller thing than it sounds and is the commonest reason a routine survives.

The people it does not suit.

  • Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or nursing. Both are named in the caution printed on the bottle.
  • Anyone taking a nitrate medicine for angina, or a PDE5 inhibitor, without raising it first. Arginine and citrulline are nitric-oxide precursors and that is the one real interaction on this panel, covered in the side effects page.
  • Anyone expecting trial-strength amounts of the ingredients prostate research studies. This panel carries none of them, which the dosage section sets out row by row.
  • Anyone whose symptoms arrived recently, are getting worse, or come with blood, pain or a fever. Those belong in a consulting room this week rather than in a basket.
Usage guide

How to take ProstaFlow: dose, timing and water

Take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, and for best results 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, as the label says. One capsule is the whole serving. Keep the hour steady.

One capsule, once a day

The label reads: take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water. for best results, take it 20–30 minutes before a meal. One is the whole serving; there is no loading phase and no reason to take two.

With a full 8 oz glass of water

This is printed on the bottle rather than added here. A full glass helps the capsule go down, and adequate fluid across the day matters anyway for the symptoms people in this category are thinking about.

Twenty to thirty minutes before a meal

Also the label’s own instruction. Amino acids are absorbed more cleanly away from a mixed meal, which is the reasoning behind it, and the practical effect is that it fixes the habit to something you already do every day.

Keep the bottle somewhere cool and dark

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light. A kitchen windowsill above a kettle is the one place a supplement bottle should never live.

Judge it at a month, decide inside two

The 60-day window runs from the shipping date, so the clock starts before the parcel arrives. Two bottles is two months and the smallest pack sold; if you are going to make a decision, make it inside that window rather than after it.

The format

ProstaFlow capsule: what form does it come in?

ProstaFlow is a capsule taken one at a time, not a gummy, powder or drops. A bottle holds 30, which is a month to the day. The shell is hypromellose, a plant cellulose, so the product suits a vegetarian diet.

A capsule, taken one at a time. Not a gummy, not a powder and not liquid drops. Thirty capsules to a bottle, which is thirty servings, which is a month to the day.

The shell is hypromellose, a plant-derived cellulose. That makes the product suitable for a vegetarian diet, and it is worth stating up front rather than leaving in the small print, because a great many capsules in this category use gelatin and are therefore not.

The only other inactive ingredients are vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide, a lubricant and an anti-caking agent, both in the milligram range. There is no sugar, no sweetener, no colouring and no flavouring to account for, which is the practical advantage a capsule keeps over a gummy.

Realistic expectations

How long does ProstaFlow take to work?

The seller puts the common wait at 3 to 6 weeks, though it also advises 180 to 210 days. The refund window is 60 days from shipping, so this desk suggests judging it inside that window by counting one thing.

WhenWhat the ingredient research would predictWhat buyers report
Week 1Nothing measurable. None of these ingredients acts quickly at any dose, and none of them is a stimulant.Early reviews are almost all about the routine rather than about an effect.
Week 2 to 4The earliest point anything in the amino acid literature registered, and those trials were running at multiples of these amounts. This is where the complaints cluster: wanted more in week one.
Week 4 to 6The beta alanine work needs two to four weeks at gram doses before muscle carnosine moves at all, which is a fair guide to how slow this family is.The seller puts the common wait at 3–6 weeks.
Week 6 to 9Past the length of most of the trials cited on this page. Whatever an ingredient at a trial dose is going to do, it has had the time to do it by here.Reorders cluster around the end of a second or third bottle.
Past 9 weeksNo additional benefit is predicted by the trial literature, most of which stopped measuring before this point. Also past the guarantee, which is the argument for starting the clock properly.

Middle column: what each ingredient’s own trials set out to measure, at the doses they used. None of it forecasts this capsule.

Write a number down, or you will be guessing

Nothing you can count in this area holds still for a fortnight by itself, which makes an honest opinion about it surprisingly hard to hold. One line a day for a week now and a week at the end settles it for the price of a sheet of paper, and beats trying to recall in November what September felt like.

User feedback patterns

ProstaFlow reviews: what do users actually notice?

Two comments are favourable: the single daily capsule and the 60-day window. Two are not: a slow start and wanting more in week one. The seller's summary covers 1,361 written reviews against 6,570 orders.

The seller’s summary covers 1,361 written reviews against 6,570 orders, 90% recommending it, and a mean of 4.4 out of 5. Every one of those is a number the seller calculates from records the seller holds. They are printed here with that attached rather than dressed as an audit.

5 stars 66%
4 stars 21%
3 stars 8%
2 stars 3%
1 star 2%

The favourable half

Two things recur: the single daily capsule and the sixty-day window. A single capsule at a fixed time is about the least demanding routine this category offers, and reorders tend to arrive before the last bottle empties. Most of them are for the 6 bottles pack.

The unfavourable half

Also two: a slow start, and wanting more in the first week. Read against the panel, neither is a surprise. There is nothing fast on this label at any amount, so anyone counting on week one was disappointed by the whole category before this bottle got a turn.

Honest critique

What are the common ProstaFlow complaints?

The common complaints are nothing in week one, the seller's 180 to 210 day advice, amounts too small to matter, a name with no prostate ingredient behind it, no single bottle to try, and online-only sales.

“Nothing happened in the first week”

The commonest complaint anywhere on this shelf, and the panel would have predicted it. Not one row here does anything on a first dose even at its trial amount, and the beta alanine work needs weeks at gram doses before a measurement shifts. What answers it is the clock: sixty days from dispatch is plenty, provided the counting starts on day one.

“The seller says to give it 180 to 210 days”

That line is on the seller’s page and this desk will not repeat it as advice. It sits on the same page as a sixty-day refund window, so following it means the window shuts four months before you have finished evaluating. It is also, not by accident, the length of the six-bottle pack. Judge it inside the sixty days you can actually get your money back in.

“The amounts are too small to do anything”

The fairest criticism of this formula, and this desk has no way to argue with it. Every amino acid row is between a tenth and a hundredth of the dose its own trials used. It is stated in the ingredient cards, in the dosage table and here, because a reader who misses it has bought the wrong thing.

“It is called ProstaFlow but there is no prostate ingredient in it”

Also correct. The seven rows are amino acids and two nutrients, and the ingredients the prostate literature studies are not among them. The name describes the market the product is sold into rather than the contents of the capsule, and anyone shopping for saw palmetto or beta-sitosterol should read the panel before buying.

“There is no single bottle to try”

True. The ladder starts at two bottles and $158, which is a bigger first commitment than a one-bottle trial would be. The mitigation is real though: two bottles is two months and the guarantee is two months, so the smallest pack is covered end to end.

“Only available online”

True, and a nuisance if you would rather pick something off a shelf. Nothing about this product is stocked in shops. The compensation is a single seller with one written returns procedure behind it, and where to buy explains what changes the moment a bottle comes from anywhere else.

Category comparison

How does ProstaFlow compare with a saw palmetto or botanical blend?

ProstaFlow prints all seven amounts and takes one capsule a day. A saw palmetto single costs less and has its own research, and a botanical blend offers breadth but often hides its amounts. ProstaFlow costs $49 to $79 a month.

Three approaches rather than three brands. Both columns on the right describe things any shop will sell you without this website being involved, which is worth saying out loud on a page that would rather you bought the left one.

The case for this bottle is disclosure and simplicity: one capsule, seven printed amounts, nothing hidden, and a vegetarian shell. The case against is that the amounts are small and the ingredients are not the ones this category’s research is about. Which matters more depends entirely on what you were hoping to buy, and that is a decision worth making before you order rather than after.

ProstaFlow price: how much do the packs and shipping cost?

ProstaFlow costs $158 for two bottles plus $9.99 shipping, $207 for three and $294 for six, or $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. Shipping is free on three and six bottles. Each pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.

Read from the seller’s own package selector on 19 September 2026; whatever the checkout shows at the moment you order is the figure that governs. The crossed-out numbers beside each pack are comparison prices the seller sets, not a price this desk has seen charged. One payment per pack, and nothing recurring to cancel.

There is no single-bottle option on this product, so the smallest purchase is two bottles at $158. That pack is also the only one that pays for shipping, at $9.99, so the real gap between it and the three-pack is narrower than the sticker suggests once you add the postage in.

Cost per day

ProstaFlow cost per day: which pack should you choose?

At one capsule a day, ProstaFlow works out at $2.63 a day on two bottles, $2.30 on three and $1.63 on six, before shipping. Three bottles ships free and covers the 60-day window with a month of headroom.

PackTotalA bottleA dayCovers
2 Bottles$158$79$2.6360 days
3 Bottles$207$69$2.3090 days
6 Bottles$294$49$1.63180 days

One capsule a day, 30 to a bottle, so a bottle is a month. Shipping is not in the day rate; the two-bottle pack adds $9.99.

The three-bottle pack is the one this desk would point at, and the reason is the clock rather than the discount. It ships free, it covers the sixty-day window with a month of headroom, and it costs $2.30 a day. Two bottles is the honest way to find out whether the routine suits you at all and it lines up exactly with the guarantee. Six bottles is the cheapest per day by some distance, and it only makes sense once you already know, because the 60-day window covers two of those six months and not the other four.

Safety

Is ProstaFlow safe? Side effects and interactions

For a healthy adult the amounts are modest. The one interaction worth naming is nitrates and PDE5 inhibitors, because arginine and citrulline use the same nitric oxide pathway. Beta alanine tingling is unlikely at 40 mg, and niacin will not flush.

For a healthy adult these are well-characterised ingredients at modest amounts, and the amounts are the reason most of the usual warnings do not apply here. Four points are worth knowing, and the first is the only one that is specific rather than general.

Nitrates and PDE5 inhibitors: the one real interaction

Arginine and citrulline are nitric-oxide precursors, and nitric oxide is exactly the pathway a nitrate medicine works through. The trial that measured the interaction gave men with stable angina a PDE5 inhibitor alongside a nitric oxide donor and recorded a substantial drop in blood pressure; a review of nitrate side effects sets out the wider picture. The amounts here are small, but this is the one combination on this panel worth naming out loud rather than hedging around. If you take a nitrate or a PDE5 inhibitor, raise this product with the person who prescribed it.

Beta alanine and the tingling

Paraesthesia, a harmless prickling of the skin and scalp, is the only consistent effect the systematic risk assessment found, and it is dose-dependent. At 40 mg it is very unlikely: the trials that produced it were dosing a hundred times that in single servings. If it does happen it fades within an hour and is not a warning sign.

Niacin at this amount needs no caution

The flushing people associate with niacin belongs to doses in the hundreds of milligrams. This row is 7.5 mg NE, under both the 35 mg US and the 10 mg European upper intake levels the meta-analysis established, so the usual niacin warnings are about a different thing entirely.

What the bottle itself says

“Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.” That is the bottle’s own wording, reproduced rather than paraphrased.

The thing that matters more than any of the above

Urinary symptoms deserve to be looked at once. New symptoms, worsening symptoms, blood, pain or fever are reasons to be seen rather than reasons to start a supplement, and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements is a good plain-language starting point on what supplements can and cannot be expected to do in general.

The honest verdict in 60 seconds

ProstaFlow pros and cons: what works and what could be better?

Pros: every row has a milligram figure, one capsule a day, a vegetarian shell, free shipping above two bottles and a window that matches the smallest pack. Cons: amounts far below trial doses, no prostate botanicals, no single bottle.

What works well

  • Every one of the seven rows has its milligram figure printed. No proprietary blend, nothing hidden behind a single total.
  • One capsule a day, which is the easiest routine in the category to keep.
  • A hypromellose shell, so it suits a vegetarian diet where most capsules in this category do not.
  • Niacin and calcium are both at sensible, well-inside-the-limit amounts.
  • Free U.S. shipping on the three and six-bottle packs, one-time payment, no subscription.
  • A 60-day window that exactly covers the smallest pack sold, so a first purchase can be judged end to end.

What could be better

  • The five amino acid rows sit between a tenth and a hundredth of the doses their own trials used.
  • The panel carries none of the ingredients the prostate literature studies, despite the name on the bottle.
  • Beta alanine at 40 mg is under a hundredth of the position stand's low end, which is the widest gap on the panel.
  • Both citrulline rows are salt weights, so the citrulline delivered is less than the 200 mg they add up to.
  • The ladder starts at two bottles, so there is no cheap way to try it.
  • The seller's own advice to allow 180 to 210 days outruns the seller's own sixty-day refund window.
Editorial score

Final verdict: is ProstaFlow worth considering?

ProstaFlow is worth considering for a man who wants a simple, fully disclosed, vegetarian daily capsule and buys it with his eyes open. This desk scores label transparency 3.6 out of 5, and the seller's own average is 4.4.

3.6this desk’s score for label transparency
4.4the seller’s own average
7 of 7rows with a printed amount

On transparency this desk scores ProstaFlow 3.6 out of 5, and the reasoning is worth showing rather than asserting. It earns most of that by printing a milligram figure for every row, by using no proprietary blend at all, by naming its distributor with an address, and by printing the caution, the storage line and the origin statement in full. That is a better label than most of what this category ships.

It loses the rest on fit. Five of the seven rows are a fraction of the doses their own trials used, the trials themselves measured something other than prostate outcomes, and the two citrulline rows are salts whose real citrulline content is lower again. A transparent label is not the same thing as a well-dosed one, and this is a good example of the difference.

Who it suits: a man who wants a simple, fully disclosed, vegetarian daily capsule alongside the things that actually move these symptoms, and who is buying it with his eyes open. Who it does not: anyone shopping for trial-strength saw palmetto, anyone who wants the amounts the research used, and anyone hoping a capsule will substitute for being assessed.

The seller’s own figure is 4.4 out of 5 from 1,361 reviews. Both numbers are on this page because they measure different things, and neither of them is evidence that the formula works.

The blunt question

Is ProstaFlow a scam, and is it for sale here?

ProstaFlow is a real product, it is on sale here through the official checkout, and this desk is the U.S. stocking partner. Ordering is not a fraud. The long page, the pack ladder and the struck-through numbers are a selling style.

It is a real product, it is on sale here through the official checkout, and this desk is the U.S. stocking partner for it. Ordering through this website is not a fraud, and ProstaFlow is not a fiction.

What makes people type the word is usually the sales format rather than anything about the bottle: a page that scrolls for a long time, three pack sizes arranged as a ladder, a higher number with a line through it. That is a style of selling used across the whole category, and this website prints those struck numbers as what they are, which is a comparison the seller chose.

Where this product genuinely deserves criticism is the formula, and that criticism is not hidden on a subpage: it is in the dosage section and the critique, at length, above the checkout button.

Three things would be disqualifying, and none of them is here: a laboratory certificate nobody issued, a media endorsement nobody gave, or a sentence saying these capsules treat an enlarged prostate. The one item in the seller’s own material this desk will not carry is the advice to allow 180 to 210 days on a product whose refund window shuts at sixty.

What buyers say

What do ProstaFlow reviews say?

The roster on this page is eight buyers sharing three comments, which is summary copy from the distributor and not eight separate testimonials. The aggregate is 4.4 out of 5 across 1,361 reviews, with 90% recommending it.

The seller supplies a roster rather than individual testimonials: eight named buyers and three distinct comments between them, with one of those three repeated word for word five times. That is summary copy, and setting it out as eight separate voices would claim a great deal more than it is. It is reproduced here as supplied, repeats visible.

How to read a roster like this one

Take the aggregate and leave the names: 4.4 out of 5 across 1,361 written reviews, 90% recommending, and a typical wait of 3–6 weeks. Those figures are the seller’s own and are not audited, but they at least describe a population. Eight names carrying three sentences describe a copywriter.

The guarantee

Does ProstaFlow have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. ProstaFlow has a 60-day guarantee on every pack, counted from the shipping date, with opened bottles included. Telephone first, get the return authorisation and the Ogden address in writing, then post the bottles back tracked at your own cost.

Yes. 60 days from the shipping date, on every pack, opened bottles included. That clock is worth noting: it starts when the parcel leaves, not when it arrives and not when you open it. The process, in the order it happens:

Telephone before anything goes in a box

The number is on the order email and in the footer of every page here. The website address holds no order records at all, so nothing sent to it can begin a refund.

Get the authorisation, and write the address down

Returns are received at PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. Bottles that turn up unannounced can be turned away, and a turned-away parcel is how a good claim dies.

Slip your name, order number and purchase email in with the bottles

Written on a piece of paper, all three. Bottles arriving with nothing to identify them are the second commonest reason a claim sits still.

Send it tracked, and pay for that yourself

Return carriage is the buyer’s unless the wrong item was sent. The outbound carriage is not returned either, which on the two-bottle pack is the $9.99.

Allow 3–5 business days at the desk, then 5–10 at your bank

Two queues rather than one. The second belongs to the card issuer and nobody at the desk can move it along.

The two details that catch people out

Carriage back is yours unless the wrong item was sent, so pay the little extra for tracking and keep the receipt. And the money comes back through two queues rather than one: three to five business days at the desk, then five to ten at your card issuer. Nobody at the desk can hurry the second.

Questions

ProstaFlow FAQ: ingredients, reviews, side effects and where to buy

These fourteen answers cover what ProstaFlow is, how many capsules a bottle holds, how to take it, the ingredients, the amounts, interactions, FDA status, price, reviews and refunds. Each answer uses only facts from the label and this page.

What is ProstaFlow?

ProstaFlow is a one-capsule-a-day dietary supplement sold for prostate comfort, 30 capsules to a bottle. The panel prints seven rows and a milligram figure against every one of them. It is a capsule, not a gummy, powder or liquid.

How do I take ProstaFlow?

Take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water. For best results, take it 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. One capsule is the whole serving. See how to take it.

What are the ProstaFlow ingredients?

Niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta alanine 40 mg. There is no proprietary blend. The other ingredients are hypromellose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.

Does ProstaFlow contain saw palmetto?

No. Saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, pygeum, pumpkin seed, zinc and lycopene do not appear on this panel. The seven rows are amino acids and two nutrients, a different kind of formula from what the name suggests. Know this before you buy.

Does ProstaFlow work, and how long does it take?

Nothing here is fast, and the bottle makes no efficacy claim. The seller puts the common wait at 3 to 6 weeks. Orders placed here carry a 60-day guarantee, so you can judge it inside that window.

What are the ProstaFlow side effects?

The label amounts are small, so side effects are unlikely. Niacin at 7.5 mg NE is far below a flushing dose, and beta alanine at 40 mg is far below the amount that causes tingling. Do not exceed one capsule a day.

Can I take ProstaFlow with a nitrate or PDE5 inhibitor?

Ask the person who prescribed it first. Arginine and citrulline are nitric oxide precursors, and nitrates work through the same pathway. This is the one interaction on the panel worth naming specifically rather than in general terms.

Who should not take ProstaFlow, and is it safe in pregnancy?

The bottle says pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep it out of reach of children, and do not use it if the seal is damaged.

Is ProstaFlow FDA approved?

No. ProstaFlow is a dietary supplement, and the FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale. The bottle names North Scale as the distributor and says the capsules are made in the USA from globally sourced materials.

Is ProstaFlow legit or a scam?

ProstaFlow is a dietary supplement with a full label: seven ingredients, a milligram amount for each, and no proprietary blend. North Scale, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 is the distributor printed on the bottle. Orders through the official website carry a 60-day guarantee.

Where can I buy ProstaFlow, and what does it cost?

Buy through the official checkout on this website. Two bottles cost $158 plus $9.99 shipping, three cost $207 and six cost $294, with free shipping on three and six. There is no single bottle. See where to buy.

What do ProstaFlow reviews say, and how do I get a refund?

The seller shows its own score of 4.4 from 1,361 reviews, which is not an independent rating. The guarantee is 60 days from the shipping date. Telephone the order desk for a return authorisation first. The refund policy page has the full steps.

How many ProstaFlow capsules are in a bottle, and how long does it last?

A bottle holds 30 capsules and a serving is one capsule a day, so a bottle lasts 30 days. Take it with 8 oz of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.

What does ProstaFlow cost per day on each pack?

Before shipping, two bottles work out at $2.63 a day, three bottles at $2.30 and six bottles at $1.63. Free shipping applies on three and six. See pricing.
