ProstaFlow Refund Policy: The 60-Day Terms In Full

Returns are accepted for 60 days from the shipping date on every pack, opened bottles included. A return authorisation is required before posting. Bottles go to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, USA with your full name, order number and purchase email inside the box. Return postage is the buyer's and outbound shipping is not refunded.

The terms as they apply to an order placed through this website, set out in order.

What this desk cannot doThe website address cannot see orders and cannot start a refund.

These are the terms for orders placed through the checkout on this website. A bottle bought from a third-party reseller is covered by that reseller's policy instead.

Two entries in that table account for most of the trouble people have with returns anywhere, not only here. The authorisation line is the first: an unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is a valid claim that dies in transit. The enclosure line is the second: a box containing nothing but bottles is a box nobody can match to an order.

Before you post

Three things that speed up a ProstaFlow return

Three preparations, each of which removes one of the common failure modes.

Have the order number before you ring

It is in the confirmation email that arrived within minutes of the purchase, and it is the first thing any desk asks for. Without it the conversation turns into a search through a card statement for a descriptor that does not match this domain name, which is slow for everybody.

Write the slip before you seal the box

Full name, order number and the email address used at the checkout, on a piece of paper inside the parcel. A box with nothing in it but bottles is the second commonest way a claim stalls, and the fix costs thirty seconds at the kitchen table.

Use tracked postage and keep the receipt

Return carriage is the buyer's cost, and the small extra buys the one thing that settles a dispute: proof of the date the parcel was received. It also stops you counting from the day you posted rather than the day it arrived, which is the usual reason somebody thinks a refund is late.

How to claim

Returning ProstaFlow, step by step

Five steps in the order they happen, and one address that is not the office.

Telephone before anything goes in a box

The number is on the order email and in the footer of every page here. The website address holds no order records at all, so nothing sent to it can begin a refund.

Get the authorisation, and write the address down

Returns are received at PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. Bottles that turn up unannounced can be turned away, and a turned-away parcel is how a good claim dies.

Slip your name, order number and purchase email in with the bottles

Written on a piece of paper, all three. Bottles arriving with nothing to identify them are the second commonest reason a claim sits still.

Send it tracked, and pay for that yourself

Return carriage is the buyer’s unless the wrong item was sent. The outbound carriage is not returned either, which on the two-bottle pack is the $9.99.

Allow 3–5 business days at the desk, then 5–10 at your bank

Two queues rather than one. The second belongs to the card issuer and nobody at the desk can move it along.

Post to Ogden, not to New York

Returns go to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, USA. The New York address is the office and does not handle returns. The printed label and the seller's live refund policy both give the Ogden box, which is why it is the address on this page; the trade documentation for this domain gives the New York one and is outvoted two to one. Sending bottles to the New York address means sending them somewhere with no returns desk behind it.

Timing

How long a ProstaFlow refund takes

Five stages, and knowing which of them belongs to whom.

StageTypical lengthWhose hands it is in
Getting a return authorisationOne phone callYours and the order desk's
Posting the parcelWhatever your carrier takesYours and the carrier's
The parcel being received and loggedArrival plus handlingThe seller's
Processing the refund3 to 5 business daysThe seller's
The credit appearing on the cardA further 5 to 10 daysYour bank's

Two separate waits at the end, and the second one is not the desk's to shorten.

Counting from the day a parcel was posted rather than the day it was received is the commonest reason somebody believes a refund is late when it is not. Tracked postage settles that question in a second, which is the practical argument for paying the small extra even though the terms only recommend it.

If the two windows have both passed and nothing has appeared, ring the order desk on +1 (877) 257-0710 with the order number and the tracking number to hand. Those two pieces of information turn a long conversation into a short one.

Edge cases

ProstaFlow returns: the awkward cases

Four situations that are not a plain change of mind, and where each one belongs.

The parcel never arrived

That is a delivery problem rather than a refund, and it is handled faster as one. Ring the order desk on +1 (877) 257-0710 the same day with the order and tracking numbers. The shipping page covers the four common situations.

The wrong pack arrived

Also the order desk, and this is the one case where return carriage is not the buyer's. Keep the packaging and the bottles as they arrived, because a mis-pick is easiest to resolve while the evidence still exists.

The window closed last week

Ring anyway and say so plainly. A deadline is a deadline and this desk will not pretend otherwise, but a short, honest conversation costs nothing and the seller's discretion is the seller's to exercise.

Only part of the order is going back

Say so when you ask for the authorisation, so the return is logged for what it is. A partial return that arrives unannounced is the case most likely to be processed incorrectly.

The bottles were a gift and the order is not yours

The refund belongs to the payment that was taken, so it goes back to the card that paid. The person who placed the order is the one who has to start it, and they will need the order number from their own confirmation email rather than anything printed on the bottle.

The seal was broken on arrival

Do not take the capsules. The label's own caution says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Photograph the bottle and the outer packaging, then ring the order desk the same day; a damaged parcel is easiest to resolve while it is still on the table.

Your position

What the ProstaFlow refund policy does not change

Five things that stay true whatever this page says.

A published returns policy sits alongside other arrangements rather than replacing them, and it is worth saying which is which so that nobody assumes a right has been signed away that has not.

  • It does not remove any right you hold by law. Consumer protection where you live applies whatever a seller's own policy says, and nothing on this page is written to narrow it.
  • It does not replace your card issuer's own process. A bank has its own procedures for a charge a customer disputes. Those exist independently of this policy, and using the seller's route first is usually faster rather than legally required.
  • It does not make this desk able to refund somebody else's sale. A bottle bought from a marketplace reseller is that seller's transaction and that seller's policy, which the where to buy page sets out.
  • It does not change what the product is. A refund window is a commercial promise about a transaction and is not evidence about a formula. What the panel contains and how the amounts compare with the published trials is a separate subject, handled on the dosage section.
  • It does not need a reason from you. Nothing in this policy requires a justification, a photograph or a fault report for an ordinary change of mind inside the window.

The last line is the one worth remembering at the point of use. People frequently delay a return because they feel they need a case to make. Inside the window, on this policy, they do not.
