Supplement FactsProstaFlow Supplement Facts: Every Field Explained
ProstaFlow's panel lists one capsule per serving and 30 servings per bottle.
There are seven rows, each with an amount, and no proprietary blend. Niacin and calcium show a percentage daily value; the amino acid rows carry a dagger instead.
The panel reproduced in full, then every field on it explained in turn.
The ProstaFlow panel, row by row
Photographed from the bottle and transcribed, so this page and the label agree.

| Row | Amount per serving | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Niacin | 7.5 mg NE | 47% |
| Calcium (as calcium carbonate) | 18 mg | 1.5% |
| L-Arginine (base) | 200 mg | † |
| L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract | 200 mg | † |
| L-Citrulline HCl | 100 mg | † |
| L-Citrulline Malate | 100 mg | † |
| Beta Alanine | 40 mg | † |
Serving size 1 capsule. Servings per container 30. The dagger marks a row with no established Daily Value; the printed label uses a double symbol and footnotes it in the same words.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.
That is the whole panel. Seven rows, seven amounts, three inactive ingredients beneath them, and nothing gathered behind a blend name. A buyer can add the declared actives up and get 640 milligrams, which is an arithmetic check that a proprietary blend would make impossible.
What each field on the ProstaFlow panel is for
Six fields, what each one declares, and how this label fills it in.
A Supplement Facts panel is a fixed format with a fixed order, which is why every bottle in a shop looks alike. Knowing what each line is doing turns that sameness into something readable.
| Field | What it declares | On this label |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | The quantity every figure below it refers to. Change the serving and every number changes with it. | One capsule. This is the simplest case there is, and it means the panel figures are also the daily figures. |
| Servings per container | How many of those servings the bottle holds, which is how long it lasts at the suggested use. | 30, so a bottle is a month exactly at one a day. |
| Amount per serving | The weight of each declared ingredient in one serving. | Printed for all seven rows, from 200 mg down to 7.5 mg NE. |
| Percent Daily Value | That amount as a share of an established reference intake for the general population. | Given for niacin and calcium, the only two rows with a reference intake to be a share of. |
| The footnote symbol | Marks rows for which no Daily Value has been established, and is explained underneath the panel. | Carried by all five amino acid rows. This page prints a dagger where the label prints a double symbol. |
| Other ingredients | Everything present that is not a declared active: shells, binders, flow agents, colours, sweeteners. | Three entries, and the first one is the capsule shell itself. |
The format is the same on every dietary supplement sold in the United States. What varies is how much of it a manufacturer chooses to fill in.
Five rows on this panel carry a footnote symbol and it is easy to read that as a caution. It is not. It records that no reference intake exists for that ingredient, because reference intakes are set for essential nutrients and none of arginine, citrulline or beta alanine is one. The symbol is a statement about the reference system rather than about the ingredient.
The two ProstaFlow rows that carry a percentage
Two percentages, and what each of them is a percentage of.
Niacin, 7.5 mg NE, 47%
NE means niacin equivalents. The body can build niacin from tryptophan in dietary protein at roughly sixty milligrams of tryptophan to one milligram of niacin, so a unit that accounts for both routes is the accurate one to print. A label using plain milligrams instead is not wrong, but it is less precise.
Forty-seven per cent of a daily value is just under half a day's reference intake from one capsule, which is an ordinary nutrient amount. The tolerable upper intake level the meta-analysis established is 35 mg a day in the United States and 10 mg in Europe, so this row sits under both and needs no caution of its own.
Calcium as calcium carbonate, 18 mg, 1.5%
One and a half per cent of a day, which is the honest way to describe about a fiftieth of an adult requirement. Nobody is meeting a calcium intake from this bottle and the label does not suggest they might.
Printing a tiny percentage rather than omitting it is the correct choice and also a mildly awkward one for a marketing department, because it shows the row for what it is: an ingredient earning its place in the manufacturing process rather than in the person swallowing it.
How to check your ProstaFlow bottle against this page
Six checks, all of which take less time than reading about them.
Read the serving size first
Everything else on the panel depends on it. If the bottle in your hand says anything other than one capsule, stop comparing and contact the order desk, because the figures below it will not line up with this page.
Count the rows, then check the two totals
There should be 7. Niacin at 7.5 mg NE and calcium at 18 mg head the panel; the two 200 mg arginine rows, the two 100 mg citrulline rows and the 40 mg beta alanine row follow. Added together the declared actives come to 640 mg.
Check the ratio printed on the arginine AKG row
It should read 2:1. That ratio is what makes the arginine arithmetic on the ingredients page possible, and a bottle that omits it is a bottle carrying less information than this one.
Read the other-ingredients line
Hypromellose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. The first entry is the capsule shell and it is the one that decides whether the product suits a vegetarian diet, so it is worth reading on the bottle rather than taking from any website, including this one.
Find the distributor line and the lot
The label names North Scale, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 under Distributed By. The lot is printed on the base of the bottle where the bottle carries one; this desk ships lot PRO-26/PR-5240. The batch page covers what a lot reference is and is not.
If anything differs, do not throw it away
A bottle that does not match this page is the only evidence there is, so keep it and telephone rather than guess. +1 (877) 257-0710 reaches the desk that can look the order up. If the fault turns out to be on this website instead, [email protected] is where that gets fixed.
The rest of the ProstaFlow label, quoted
Six printed lines, reproduced word for word.
| Printed line | As it reads on the bottle |
|---|---|
| Suggested use | Take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water. For best results, take it 20–30 minutes before a meal. |
| Storage | Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light. |
| Origin | Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. |
| Distributed by | North Scale, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 |
| Caution | “Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.” |
| Regulatory statement | These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. |
Quoted from the label artwork rather than paraphrased, because a paraphrase of a caution is a different caution.
Two of those lines are worth a second's attention. The storage line is ordinary and widely ignored: heat and light are what age a capsule, and a bottle kept above a kettle or in a car has had a harder year than the date on its base suggests.
The caution is the label's own and it stays in its own words on every page of this website. This desk adds one specific note to it rather than repeating it in general terms, and that note is about nitrates and PDE5 inhibitors. It is set out in full on the side effects page.
What the ProstaFlow panel does not tell you
Four things no panel can carry, and one thing this product's paperwork got wrong.
This is a good panel by the standards of its category and it still leaves four things unsaid. Naming them is not a criticism of this label in particular; it is what any panel, filled in perfectly, is unable to carry.
- The citrulline malate ratio. Malate salts are sold in more than one ratio and the label prints the ratio for its arginine AKG row but not for this one, so the citrulline inside that 100 mg cannot be worked out from the panel alone. It is the only row on the label where the arithmetic stops.
- Where each raw material came from. The origin statement says manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, which is the accurate version of a made-in-America claim and is still a statement about assembly rather than about any individual row.
- Whether the contents match the panel. A printed figure is a declaration. Confirming it takes an assay on a bottle from the batch you received, and a lot code is a filing reference rather than a test result. The testing and quality page audits every seal on the pack for exactly this reason.
- Whether any of it does anything. A panel declares contents. It makes no claim at all about effect, which is why the only two claims attached to this product come from the seller's page and are dealt with on the benefits page.
The trade documentation supplied for this domain names no ingredients at all and says one should not be invented. The printed artwork carries the complete panel above. The bottle is the document that governs, so the panel is what this website is built from, and the difference is recorded here and on the home page rather than quietly reconciled.
